Residential & Commercial Construction

    Why Steel Structure?

The steel construction system is a type of construction in which the building elements are made of a material that is a carrier (wall, floor) and galvanized steel by cold forming.

CNC machines in the factory with modern machinery under control and supervision of the construction elements produced, is installed in a sheltered construction site is mounted. It has the advantage of sensitivity compared to traditional construction systems. Since it is a preproduction system, it is also possible to place orders for doors, windows and other equipment of the projects during production.

The designs of the steel structures are designed according to the permanent structure specifications as they are in the reinforced concrete buildings. Calculations are made according to the load required. They are also significantly less exposed to earthquake loads than concrete because they are very lightweight. This greatly increases the earthquake resistance compared to the reinforced concrete structure. Steel structures can be applied to all types of structures. Housing, school, hospital, warehouse, dormitory, hotel etc. The purpose of use is very different and there are many examples of structures made of steel and being used at the moment.

It can easily provide the minimum economic life required by a construction and can be used for a longer time. It has been shown that for some aging tests made only for steel used, it retains its strength for a period of 180 years. In addition, life is extended because all sections are closed.

    Advantages of Steel Construction

    • It has a fast and economical construction process.
    • The construction process is not affected by the climatic conditions.
    • It provides high energy efficiency with different and economical solutions for different climatic conditions.
    • The depression known in the world is the most durable construction system.
    • Due to its light weight it can be built even in the worst ground conditions.
    • It is a system applied to all countries that accept international standards.
    • It has unique advantages in energy efficiency and sustainability.
    • It provides great ease and flexibility in architectural, electrical and mechanical solutions.
    • The user offers the possibility of high building physics. (Factors such as heat, sound, humidity, sunshine) It lasts much longer.
    • Designed without collar and beam, it provides interior and decoration comfort, offers spacious and spacious interiors.
    • It is the most suitable solution for the construction of places with healthy indoor air quality.
    • The construction site does not affect the quality of the environment and social life.
    • It saves environmentalist and minimum water consumption during construction and reduces the risk of pollution of water resources and groundwater.
    • 90% and above are recyclable materials
